Chamber hosts seminar on how to provide customer service to Valley visitors

The lifeblood of the Big Bear Valley economy is tourism. We need visitors to journey to the valley time and time again to patron our shops, stores and lodges so the street lights stay on, the hospital doors stay open and the streets get paved. Not to mention tourists bring the dollars that later line the pockets of Big Bear business owners and their employees.

One of the most important things a business can do for a visitor to the Big Bear Valley is to give great customer service.

To that end, the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce is hosting a seminar on customer service at the chamber building in the conference room from 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 26.

Workshop speaker Marlene Cain, owner of Marcain Communications, will talk friendly and efficient customer service, developing good relationships and bringing customers back to your doors.
